Rides can be booked online for your guests using the ride request form below. Rides can also be scheduled by phone at 734-662-4444.
Please be sure to enter the passenger’s name and phone number on the ride request form and to check the box that reads “Send me trip notifications” if you would like to receive an email confirmation and email receipt.
To make changes to existing reservations or to cancel a ride, please call 734-662-4444.
Green Cabs Ann Arbor is now accepting shortcode for payment. If you would like to use shortcode to pay for this ride, please enter your shortcode and your umich email address in the driver notes. We must have the umich email address for the person ordering the ride, not the department.
A 10% driver gratuity will be added to all rides unless otherwise noted or arranged.
